4-Assembly
BASE AND MOTOR ASSEMBLY
Make sure the fan is unplugged from the power source and turned off before
beginning assembly.
1. Unscrew the lock washer and lock screw from the base of the outer tube.
2. Insert the tube through the hole in the center of the bracket base and rotate it
into position.
3. Turn the stand base upside down with the tube toward the ground, and place
the fixed plate on the bottom of the stand base. Tighten the fixed plate to the
stand base with the lock washer and base lock screw. (Fig.1)
4. Turn the base over and place it on a dry, level surface.
5. Unscrew the height adjustment knob and pull the inner tube to adjust the
height, make sure the knob is fully tightened.
6. Unscrew the tilt lock screw and tilt adjustment knob from the motor unit.
7. Unscrew set screw and knob from inner tube.
8. Place the motor unit on the tube. Be careful to fit the motor unit bracket to
the inner tube joint correctly. Tilt lock screw controls tilt adjustment limit
9. Support the motor unit while aligning the holes in the motor unit bracket with
the inner motor fixing hole of the tube. Insert the fixing screw through the
bracket and the fixing hole (Fig. 2 and 3). go back to insert and tighten the tilt
lock screw.
