7. Cut the valve stem at the mark with a hack
8a. Using handle, turn shaft fully clockwise.
Reposition handle so that it is in vertical
handle with screw. Screw cap onto handle.

8b. Rotate the valve stem clockwise to a stop.
Re-install the handle adapter onto the valve
stem
Install the handle onto the handle adapter,
positioning it so it is in vertical position (the
screw. Replace the handle end cap at the
end of the handle.
