LED does not flash

turned on, the red
LED flashes contin-
uously
Correction
After disconnecting and recon-
n
necting the probe to the vehicle,
verify that vehicle power is pres-
ent on terminals 4,5 and 16 of the
DLC connector. To further confirm
the integrity of the DLC connector,
verify that another scan tool can be
powered from the vehicle's DLC
connector
Note: The LED will initially flash green
and then alternate blue and white to in-
dicate successful Bluetooth pairing
Correction
If after turning the VCI off and on, the
red LED flashes continuously, it means
that you need to update the firmware
manually via Bluetooth or, if that does
not work, via USB cable
From the terminal Settings → Device →
System Information → Firmware update
