When heavily-loaded or used at extreme temperatures, the electrolyte may leak from the battery. If the electrolyte comes
into contact with your skin, wash immediately with soap and water and neutralise with lemon juice or vinegar. If the
liquid gets in your eyes, rinse them with clean water for at least 10 minutes and consult a doctor or the emergency
services immediately.

When carrying your battery-operated saw, make sure it is not running and your finger is not on the switch. Avoid starting
the saw accidentally.

SECURE YOUR WORKPIECE PROPERLY before starting your saw. NEVER hold the workpiece in your hand or
between your legs.

UNPACKING
Your reciprocating saw has been shipped fully assembled except for the blade. Inspect it carefully to make sure that it has
not been broken or damaged during shipping. If any parts are damaged or missing, contact your nearest Ryobi Authorised
Service Centre to obtain replacement parts before attempting to operate the saw. Two blades and this user manual are also
included
