2. PREPARATION AND USAGE:
To avoid impacts on the machine during transport, follow these steps:
1.
After transporting the machine to your work area, let it sit for more than 30 minutes
before use.
2.
Connect the equipment to your power outlet (220V).
3.
Ensure the drum with the liquid to be frozen is sealed tightly to prevent leaks.
If there are any leaks, turn the lid of the drum to adjust it.
4.
Gently place the drum in its position, then press the cooling button to initiate the
cooling process.
5.
Once the maximum temperature is reached, turn the rotary knob to start the
freezing cylinder spinning and adjust the speed according to the desired type of
shaved ice or product.
6.
Prevent the freezing cylinder from coming into contact with water without rotating
during the cooling process to avoid excessive ice buildup, which could damage the
blade.
7.
To conduct a test, you will need to have a minimum of 500 ml of product prepared.
3. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
WARNING
When cleaning the machine, do not spray water directly onto the surface to prevent
water from entering the machine through the ventilation grills or heat dissipation
holes, which could cause equipment failures or short circuits.
•
First, stop the compressor and halt the rotor.
Remove the drum, lower tray, upper cover, and collector.
Wait for the drum to gain temperature and start defrosting (5 min.).
•
Place a 1/3 GN bucket under the rotor and with the drum spinning again, pour
hot water to dissolve any remaining ice. Stop the rotor and wash now with a bit of
soapy water and a soft sponge or scouring pad. Rinse again with hot water.
