To check your weight, stand on the scale, the display will flash. Stay on the
scale until the display stabilizes to show your weight.
The scale will switch off automatically after a few seconds.
To store user data
- Press "Set" (1).

- Confirm your choice by pressing "Set" (1). The symbol "male " or "female"
will flash.

Tocheck your weight and calculate the ratio of fats, fluids, muscles
- Press "Set" (1), the scale will light up.
- Select your memory by pressing the "
personal data.
- Stand on the scale with dry, bare feet. Place each foot on the foot placement
area (7) and stand still. Your weight will be displayed. Small cubes will scroll
down the screen. As soon as the rates appear (percentage of body fat-"FAT",
percentage of body fluids-"WATER", percentage of muscle-"MUSCLE",
percentage of bone mass-"BONE" and the number of calories your body
needs to stay within these percentages), step off the scale and make a note
of the different rates displayed (they will be shown three times).
The scale will switch off automatically.
