Sharpening
1. Connect the sharpener to the mains power supply and set the power switch to 'ON'.
2. Choose the appropriate slot for grinding according to the knife dullness.
Coarse grinding:
Suitable for grinding blunt knives
or grinding out cutting edges.
Put the knife into the left 2
grinding slots consecutively and
pull the knife through from heel
to tip along the blade radian at a
constant speed (4-8 seconds for
metal knives and 6-10 seconds
for ceramic knives).
3. After grinding, turn the appliance off and disconnect from the power supply.
4. Wipe the knife with a wet cloth or rinse with water, then wipe dry.
Sharpening Tips:
•
Apply light pressure to the blade when sharpening for best results.
•
Pull the blade in a single, smooth motion. Do not push forward.
•
To sharpen the tip of the blade, pull the handle up at the end of the pulling motion.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
Always turn off and disconnect the appliance from the power supply before cleaning.

Use soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the appliance.
•
After each use, empty the debris collection box located on the bottom and wipe clean.
•
It is recommended to use the product at least once every 3 months to prevent aging.

Fine grinding can remove burrs
and grinding marks on the edge
after coarse grinding thus making
the edge smoother and sharper.
Frequently-used kitchen knives
are recommended for precision

Polishing:
Suitable for polishing blade after
fine grinding. Polishing is NOT
suitable for ceramic knives!
