Removing lodged food
1. Should any food debris get lodged under the blades, turn off and unplug the unit.
2. Remove the transparent cover and grinding bowl by turning clockwise.
3. Use a spatula to carefully remove the food lodged under the blades. Blades are sharp - Never
attempt to use fingers to remove any lodged object.
4. Re-assemble and re-start the appliance.
Grinding Tips
Never use the grinder to chop ice cubes.
Spices, freshly ground peppercorns etc. may have a strong aroma and a taste that may affect the flavour
of coffee beans ground afterward. Thus, it is recommend to use the extra grinding bowl supplied to grind
coffee beans.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance

Warning: Always turn off and disconnect the appliance from power supply before
cleaning and maintenance.

Allow to cool before cleaning.
•
Let the motor come to a complete stop before disassembly and cleaning.
•
Remove all food debris.
•
Never immerse the motor base in water, nor rinse it under running water. Clean the surface using a
damp cloth.
•
Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean all removable parts.
Extreme care should be exercised as the blades are sharp.
•
Periodically remove the rubber seal from the transparent cover (with a blunt-ended tool) for thorough
cleaning.
•
Dry all parts well and re-assemble.
•
Periodically lubricate the shaft with some vegetable oil.
