1. Insert socket and fasten with 4x dia. 4x10mm thread-forming screws (included in scope of delivery).

ASSEMBLING COMPRESSED AIR COUPLING IN SUPPORT LEG

1. Drive out punch-out at assembly location of compressed air coupling from support leg.

2. Insert compressed air coupling.
3. Fasten compressed air coupling with rear-side fastening nut.
4. Correctly connect compressed air coupling. Do not bend cable.

3.3.
SUPPORT LEG

1. Secure each support leg to the worktop using three Ø8.4 washers and Ø8×32 woodscrews, using the pre-drilled holes.
2. For workbenches without a casing standing on the floor: Repeat for the second support leg.
3.4.
STABILISING PLATE

3.4.1.
Use cage nuts

For each stabilising plate, install two cage nuts at the head end of the leg in the punched holes.
1. Insert the cage nuts into the punched recess obliquely from the front.

2. Use a screwdriver to push them back and clip them securely into position.
3.4.2.
Installing a single stabilising plate

Does not need to be installed if installing the rear panel or installing the drawer casing.
1. Secure the stabilising plate using two M6×12 hex screws and cage nuts.

2. Secure the stabilising plate to the worktop using two Ø8.4 washers and Ø8×32 wood screws.

Installing a double stabilising plate

ü The support leg must be installed on the worktop.
1. Secure the stabilising plate using two M6×12 hex-head screws and cage nuts.

2. Secure each stabilising plate to the worktop using two Ø8.4 washers and Ø8×32 woodscrews each.

Setting up the workbench

SET-UP
ü At least 2 persons must be employed to transport the workbench to the set-up location.
ü Ensure there is a solid, level floor suitable for the maximum load capacity of the workbench.

1. Set up the workbench on a level and solid floor.
2. Use a spirit level to check whether the workbench is horizontal and perpendicular.

Position the workbench in the set-up location.
