your physician has given you a valuable medical product which has been
manufactured according to the latest functional anatomic and
orthopaedic developments and knowledge.
Please follow this instruction guide. This will help to ensure
the success of your therapy. Your health store or your
attending physician will gladly answer any questions you
might have regarding the use of the PeroSupport.tec and
the PeroSupport.pro orthosis.
2 Mode of Action

• the PeroSupport.tec ankle-foot-orthosis can be used for patients suffering
from dorsal extension deficiency of the foot, resulting to the so-called
"steppage gait"
• the PeroSupport.tec ankle-foot-orthosis limits the plantar flexion in the
upper ankle joint and therefore causes the foot to lift during swing phase
• magnetic closure simplifies opening and closing with one hand
• great energy storage and -return by carbon-pre-preg material

• dynamic re-adjustment of the foot
• restriction of plantar flexion and support of dorsal flexion
• prevents lateral ankle twisting (supination position)
