Putting the kettle into operation
Prior to first use, you must unwind the connection cable completely and guide it through the
opening on the base.
Rinse the water container with clean water before using it for the first
time.
To switch on the appliance, press and hold the on/off button on the control panel for 2
seconds.
Filling the water

Lift the water container from the base and press the button to open the lid. There is a measuring
scale for cups and litres on the inside. Close the lid after filling until it audibly clicks into place.
Place the filled water container onto the base and press the desired program on the control
panel. During the boiling process, the program symbol for the selected program flashes on the
control panel.
Observe the
MAX marking
for the max-
imum water
volume. Do not
overfill.
