MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
When servicing, use only identical replacement
parts. Use of any other parts can create a hazard
or cause product damage.
WARNING:
Always wear eye protection with side shields
marked to comply with ANSI Z87.1. Failure to do
so could result in objects being thrown into your
eyes resulting in possible serious injury.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most
plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of
commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use
clean cloths to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc.

REPLACING THE 12V ADAPTOR FUSE
See Figure 20, page 14.
The 12V adaptor contains a 250V 12 Amp fuse to protect
the adaptor and inflator from unexpected power surges. The
fuse is 6 mm x 30 mm. Only replace fuses with the same
size and specifications as the original.
To replace the fuse:
 Remove the fuse cap from the top of the 12V adaptor.
 Replace old fuse with new one. If spring comes out, be
sure to reinsert it before replacing new fuse.
NOTICE:
Do not use a higher rated fuse than the speci-
fied amperage. This could cause damage to the
product.
 Place fuse cap on top of fuse and thread back onto adap-
tor. Tighten securely.
