REPLACING THE TRIMMER LINE
The string trimmer installed with trimmer line before shipping to you. It is delivered
with an extra line for backup. Check the timmer line periodically and replace if
necessary.
1. Remove the worn trimmer line from the line retainer.
2. Cut a new 0.150 inches (4 mm) diameter line to 21-1/2 inches (55 cm ).
3. Thread the ends of the new trimmer line through the outer loops.
4. Cross the ends over the line retainer and threat them through the center hole.
5. Ensure two even ends of the trimmer line.
Do not allow the line lengths to vary more than 1 inch (2.5 cm). Otherwise, the
trimmer head may not be balanced and vibrate during operation.
