5) Programming the Games: 5) Programming the Games:
Using the Control Panel you will be able to look at each game's Set Up mode. You can
change a number of things within each game, such as number of lives, difficulty and speed.
Change these settings to suit your preferences, and remember to save your changes.
NOTE: Most of the games can be played in 1 Player Mode (1P) or 2 Player Mode (2P). To
switch to 2P mode, in the Set Up mode, change 'Upright' to 'Cocktail' . When selecting a
game from the main menu, press 'Start' with the secondary controller which will launch
the game in 2P. If you do not press 'Start' with the secondary controller, the game will
launch in 1P. Note that the secondary controller is the side closest to the Donkey Kong
artwork.
6) Adjusting the Volume: 6) Adjusting the Volume:
The Volume Adjustment page is located after the game's set up menus. You will have to
scroll through the games to reach it. Press S2 and S3 to move backwards and forwards
through the menus.
Once on the Volume Adjustment page you can use the Joystick to adjust the volume.
Again, remember to save your changes.
7) Finished: 7) Finished:
Once you have finished setting up, switch off the machine.
Move the fourth switch on the Dipswitch back to its original position.
Leave the unit for 1 minute before turning it back on. The unit should
now be back to Game Mode and you can continue playing, but with
your new settings.
