TROUBLESHOOTING
RESOLUTION GUIDE
Please read through the guide below if you have any issues or faults with your device. The
information covers and resolves the majority of frequently asked questions.
Q: There are parts missing from my order.
A: If there appears to be any part missing from your package contact our
Customer Support team via the details on the Contact Us page within 7
days of receipt.
Q: The arcade machine will not turn on.
A: Check that you have the correct power supply, and that it is supplying the
correct voltage. Check that that power cord plug has not become loose.
Q: There appears to be an electrical fault.
A: Do not touch or tamper with any of the wires or components. Repair or
maintenance of the inside of the arcade machine should only be carried
out by skilled technicians.
Q: The machine is not accepting coins.
A: Check that the machine is not in Freeplay mode. If it is still in Freeplay
mode, you will need to change it to Coin mode. Make sure you are
inserting the correct coin.
Q: The machine won't record my high scores.
A: Check that you have the correct Dipswitches turned on. This should be 2 and 3. And
remember that some games do not keep high scores whilst others have full leaderboards
of the top ten high scores -based on the original design of the game. Please contact our
Customer Service department if you are having difficulty configuring your machine.
