6. Application
1. General Installation Remarks:
- Inspect the LOADLOK load securing tool for damage, loose parts, and correct
functionality of all force-transmitting components before each use.
- Ensure all locking levers and mechanisms are fully closed and engaged or verify their
correct positions. The use of lever extensions on tensioning elements is not allowed.
- LOADLOK load securing tools must always be used on horizontal level.
- Use outside the defined working range is not allowed.
- LOADLOK cargo planks are spring-loaded. To achieve the intended clamping force,
adjust the setting screw so that the main tension spring is fully compressed. A too soft
adjustment will not generate enough clamping force, while excessive adjustment can
lead to a damage to the lever mechanism and/or the side planks.
