When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following.
• To reduce the risk of fire, electrical shock, or injury, the following
basic safety precautions should always be followed when using
an electrical appliance.
• This appliance is designed to be used for domestic and suchlike
applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other
working environments,
- farms,
- use by hotel, motel customers and other
accommodation environments,
- bed and breakfast environments.
• If the power supply cable gets damaged it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, the after-sales service or people with

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including

person responsible for their safety has supervised and instructed
them in the use of this appliance.
• Only use the appliance to sterilize baby bottles and accessories.
Any other use might prove dangerous.

Apart from the handle and switch, do not touch it.
• The bottles will be very hot when they come out of the sterilizer.
Take care when removing them.
• Be careful to avoid spilling any water on yourself when removing
items from the sterilizer.
• Never use the sterilizer in damp surroundings and do not place
directly under the tap. Never immerse the appliance in water
or any other liquid.
• Use this sterilizer in household only. Do not use the sterilizer
out of doors.
• Never add any product of any kind (salt water, medication,
detergents) to the water: this will damage the appliance.
In order to sterilize the bottles properly, please follow these instructions:
- Always wash your hands before preparing a bottle.
- The sterilization process lasts about 10 minutes.
- Do not interrupt the sterilization process in progress.
- Use tap water with no added product.
- Before sterilizing the bottles and accessories, wash the bottles and accessories, rinse them with cold water, and then empty them.

TURBO STEAM ELECTRIC STERILIZER • Instructions for use
• This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than
the other). To reduce the risk of electric shock, this plug is
intended to fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug
does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not
fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the plug in any
way.
• A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks
resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer
cord.
• Extension cords are available and may be used if care is
exercised in their use.
• If an extension cord is used:
a. The marked electrical rating of the detachable power-supply
cord or extension cord should be at least as great as the
electrical rating of the appliance.
b. The longer cord should be arranged so that it will not drape
over the countertop or tabletop where it can be tripped over,
snagged or pulled on unintentionally (especially by children).
• Do not touch the ventilation hole (k) nor the hood during
operation, or before the appliance has cooled down completely.
• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning or filling it.
• Unplug the appliance after use every time, to avoid any risk of
starting it accidentally.
• Keep it out of reach of children because during and after
operation it contains extremely hot steam. Check that the power
cable is out of reach too.
• Never leave your child without supervision while the appliance
is working. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
• Never leave the appliance close to any source of heat such as
radiators, sunny windows, etc.
• Always use the sterilizer on a completely flat and dry surface.
• The sterilizer contains boiling water when in use.
• Do not attempt to open the unit when in use.
• If you do ever need to stop the sterilizer mid-cycle, switch-off
(contents will not be sterile).
• Use CAUTION when removing the lid as hot steam will escape.
• NOTE: Do not exceed the recommended amount of water.
• It is important that all bottle parts are disassembled before
adding them for proper sterilization.
Note: when plugging in the sterilizer for first time, you will find
the power light will be illuminated. THIS IS NOT AN ERROR.
After the first cycle, the unit will automaticallyshut off.
