IMPORTANT!: The grounding terminal is connected to the rectifier chassis. It
must to be connected to an efficient grounding point to the general power
supply system.
7) OPERATION
1)Connect the welding and return cable to the terminals at the bottom of the front panel.
2)Turn the circuit switch to "1" there by connecting the rectifier to the mains.
3)Make sure that the air inlets are not blocked.
4)Adjust desired welding current setting with the crank at the front panel.
Note: The welding parameters values basically depend on the material and
electrode diameter used, on the thickness of the piece of the to-be-weld piece and
the welding position.
8) MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
The rectifiers require a minimum of maintenance. Under normal conditions, it is sufficient to blow the
rectifier clean with dry compressed air with reduced pressure once a year. If used in dusty and dirty areas, it
must be cleaned more often.
