TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK, TURN
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The battery pack is discharged.
Hand vacuum or battery is
damaged.
The filter is missing or damaged. Attach or replace the filter.
There are blockages in the
nozzle, or the vacuum inlets.
The filter is clogged by fine dust.
Dust cup full.
Charging cord is not inserted
into the charging port on the
vacuum firmly.
The charging cord is damaged.
Dust accumulated on the
charging port of the vacuum.
The battery indicator is
damaged.
No power at electrical outlet.
The battery is damaged.
Charge the vacuum.
Call customer service at 1-866-384-
8432 for assistance.
Turn off the vacuum and check nozzle,
and inlets for blockages.
Take off the filter and clean it or install a
new filter.
Empty the dust cup and clean the
filter.
Be sure the charging cord is fully
inserted into the charging port on the
vacuum, and is properly plugged into
the adapter and the wall outlet.
Replace the charging cord. Call

for assistance.
Clean off any dust accumulated on the
charging port of the vacuum.
