Cleaning the module
NOTICE Do Not Use Solvents and Aggressive Cleaning Agents
Solvents and aggressive cleaning agents damage the polycarbonate container of the unit.
Clean polycarbonate components only with a slightly damp cloth.

Use only water and, if necessary, a mild cleaning agent without chemical additives.

Changing the filter
Filters become contaminated with use and must be changed regularly. For instruction on how to change the filter, see
section Operating Instructions.
Maintenance of the Autodrain Condensate Drain Valve
• Undo the nut (5), using a size 17 open-end wrench, and remove the condensate drain valve from the bowl.
• Hold the automatic unit in your hand. Hold the float (1) tight between your thumb and index finger. Tie / hold
the drip cap (12) up out of the way. Lift the wire holder (11) out of the bearing (10) and draw it to one side out of
the way. Lift the float (1) off. Remove the valve cone (6) from the clip holder (8).
• Remove the clip holder (8) from the base (2) (clipped on).
• Clean the washers (16, 17) and filters (14, 15).
• Grease the washers (16, 17) with pneumatic grease.
• Reassembly is the reverse of the above. Make sure to note the correct position of the clip holder (8), float (1) and
drip cap (12). The wide notches are opposite the fork bearing (10).
