8. GARANTIA DEL FABRICANTE
La estructura de los dispositivos incluidos en este
manual está cubierta con una garantía de 24 meses desde la
data de compra.
Durante este período, Orthos XXI se compromete a
sustituir o reparar, sin costo alguno, las partes que han de
defectos de fabricación, si uno de nuestros técnicos verificar
si la falla no fue causada por uso inadecuado.
Los siguientes puntos no están cubiertos por la
garantía:
• Uso inadecuado
• Modificaciones sin autorización previa
• Almacenamiento incorrecto
• Mala conservación
• Desgaste normal durante el uso.

Orthos XXI products are equipped with equipment
designed to serve the sick, the disabled and the elderly, with
multiple disabilities, so its use should be advised by a health
professional or distributor who knows the product and the
purposes for which it is intended, as well as this user's
manual. Orthos XXI is not responsible for cases where the
device is not suitable for the user's disability.
Orthos XXI has an ISO 9001 certificate, which
validates the quality of products during their manufacture. The
vast experience and manufacturing technology allows us to
adjust the products to the different physical disabilities of the
end customer. Walking aids are Class I medical devices
according to EU regulation 2017/745.
