just acquired will be of great use to you. Your machine has many features that will make your job
faster and easier. Safety, comfort and reliability were a priority in the design of this tool, which
makes maintenance and operation easy.
The VULCANO 162 and 202 welding machines are suitable for manual welding, by means of
coated electrode (MMA) and welding (TIG), by means of a tungsten electrode torch with inert
gas protection.

3. PRINCIPLES OF OPERATION.
The VULCANO 162 and 202 welding machines use insulated gate bipolar transistors (known as
IGBTs) and fast recovery diodes, complemented by a control board specially designed to ensure
uniform regulation of the welding current and guarantee the appropriate electric arc for each
process. It also has a perfect advanced dynamic protection that enables a safe and reliable
welding process, making it ideal to use with low carbon steel, stainless steel, steel alloys, etc.
The VULCANO 162 and 202 welding machines are based on inverter technology following the
