MOUNTING

The motors are sold to be fitted with a Thermex range hood. Always follow these instructions and the
installation instructions for the range hood carefully to ensure correct installation.
The motor has a reversible outlet. Follow the instructions in the section "Reversible outlet" before instal-
ling the motor if the outlet is to be turned.
NOTE: DO NOT use common zero when installing the range hood and the TX II motor, as this will affect
the hood control.
NOTE: Always use the original dimensions of the outlet. Reducing the vent size decreases performance
and increases the noise level.
The TX II motor is mounted in the outlet installation in the following way:

Install the motor in the condenser housing and
make sure the motor power cable is pulled th-
rough the small hole in the lid.

Place the included strips around the condenser
housing.
