Each Spin & Go Xtreme Cruiser (8423) 12-Volt battery operated vehicle is covered by a One (1) Year bumper-to-
bumper Limited Warranty, excluding the battery, motor, and gearboxes, which are covered under the Six (6)
Month Limited Warranty, against product defects in materials and workmanship during normal use.

Possible Cause
It is normal for some
chargers to get warm
during use and is not
reason for concern.
Some batteries make
noises and swell slightly
while charging and is not
reason for concern
Wrong type of fuse used
Battery voltage or charge
is low
Solution
If your charger does not get warm during use, it does
not mean that it is not working properly. No action
required.
If your battery does not make noise or swell slightly
during charging, it does not mean that it is not
accepting a charge. No action required.
Make sure batteries have the proper fuse installed.
Charge the battery. A new battery should be charged
for at least 18 hours before using the vehicle. After
use, recharge the battery for 14 hours after each use.
Never charge the battery longer than 24 hours.
