6.4 Mains connection

Electric shock

Dangerous voltage due to defective cables.
• Check all live cables and connections for proper installation and damage.
• Replace any damaged, deformed or worn parts.
Mains cable and mains plug are pre-mounted. For the mains voltage and the fuse protection, please refer to:
 3.1 Technical Data on page EN-5
 3.3 Nameplate on page EN-7

1 Open cover (1) at M-Drive (3).
2 Fold pressure lever (2) forward and open pressure rockers (4).
3 Untie beginning of wire on the wire basket spool.
4 Insert wire through the inlet tube (7) over the drive rolls (6) into the distance adaptor (5).
5 Close pressure rockers (4) fold pressure lever (2) back.
6 Press the Inching trigger, feed the wire with the cover (1) open through the cable assembly into the
process-side drive.
Risk of injury
Bodily harm caused by the beginning of the wire.
• Keep process-side drive away from the body.
7 Close and lock cover (1).
