14.3 Memory module

Installing the program
The program contained in the E-Box will be overwritten irrevocably when programming is carried out via the
memory module.
1 Switch off E-Box at the main switch.
2 Place memory module on interface X50.
3 Switch on E-Box at the main switch.
The program is installed.
The transmission takes approx. 1:30 minutes. After successful data transmission, the status LEDs will light up
green.
4 Switch off E-Box at the main switch.
5 Pull of memory module
6 Switch on E-Box at the main switch.
The program was installed successfully. E-Box and M-Drive are ready for operation.

14.4 Hand-held terminal

Use the hand-held terminal for the operating mode without BUS only
The hand-held terminal has been designed exclusively for the wire feeding system MFS-V2 and serves for
manual control of the system in the setup mode.
14.4.1 Features
• Offset setpoint input (wire speed) 0...10V
• Drives Stop
• Inching forward (wire feed)
• Reset (Init)
• Hardware input sensing
• Wire speed sensing (only with optional wire actual value transmitter)
• Heating regulation (only with optional heating control module)

14.4.2 Connecting the hand-held terminal

1 Switch off E-Box at the main switch.
2 Connect hand-held terminal to the interface X48 using the 9-pin D-SUB plug.
3 Switch on E-Box.
