Th is appliance is not intended for use
by any person (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lacking experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance by a person

Th is appliance is intended for domestic use
only and not for commercial applications.
What is needed?
To start making yoghurt you will need the
required amount of milk and natural fresh
yoghurt (without sugar, fruit or fruit juice).
Dry culture can be used instead of fresh
yoghurt. Simply follow the instructions on
the packet. Sterilised or UHT. milk will give
the best results. Any other sort of milk should
be heated up to 90° C for a short time before
use. Allow the milk to cool down to approx.
30°C aft erwards.
How to use
–
Put 2 teaspoons (approx. 10 ml) of natural
yoghurt (without sugar or fruit juice) and
around 900 ml milk (at room temperature)
into the processing container.

Th oroughly mix the yoghurt and milk
–
Th e yoghurt-making process will take
around 8 hours.
If cold milk (at refrigerator temperature)
is used, the processing time will increase
to around 10 hours.

Dry culture can be used instead of natural
yoghurt. Simply follow the instructions
given by the manufacturer of the product.
Memory dial
As a reminder, set the memory dial to the
starting or fi nishing time. Th is is done by
turning the small disk on the top lid to the
time.
