symbols,
appears on the display of
the Meter.
• Keep the Meter away from spark plug or
coil wires to avoid measuring error from
external interference.
• Remove the test leads from the test
points before changing functions to
avoid damaging the Meter when testing
voltage.

3. EXPLANATION OF CONTROLS
AND INDICATORS
1. DIGITAL DISPLAY
Digital readings are displayed on a 4000
count display with polarity indication and
automatic decimal point placement.
When this Meter is turned on, all display
segments and symbols appear briefly
during a selftest. The display updates three
times per second.
