Problem
My Bluetooth device will not
connect to the unit.

Solution
Place your Bluetooth device and the unit as
close together as possible while trying to
connect. Make sure they are unobstructed
by walls, furniture, etc.
Hold the Clear button to disconnect DN-
700CB from any other Bluetooth device and
then restart the search process.
Power off DN-700CB and then power it
back on.
Reset the Bluetooth connection on your
audio device by turning Bluetooth off and
back on. You can find this under the
Bluetooth menu in the settings for your
device.
Find DN-700CB in the list of available or
previously connected devices in your audio
device's Bluetooth menu. Tap the "gear" or
"i" icon located next to "DN-700CB" and
then select Unpair or Forget. Turn DN-
700CB off then back on and try pairing
again once it reappears in your available
devices list.
If DN-700CB has been paired to another
audio device recently that is still within
range, you may need to to go into that
device's Bluetooth menu and select to
Unpair or Forget DN-700CB.
