No functions operate
Electricity is not supplied.
Check for a power failure, tripped breaker, or other probable cases.
Power of the toilet is turned off.
Press the power button of the toilet to turn it on.
A short-circuit has occurred.
Turn off the power of the toilet and request repairs.
A voltage other than 220-240 V is applied.
Turn off the power of the toilet and request repairs.
The remote control does not operate
The remote control is turned off.
Press
(power) button for more than 2 seconds to turn on the power.
The batteries are dead (When the battery level remains at 10 to 20%, GROHE logo blinks in orange or red color
and the message [REPLACE THE BATTERY] will be displayed).
Replace the batteries with new ones.
The batteries are not inserted correctly.
Insert the batteries in the correct orientation.
Metal items are placed near the seat unit or remote control.
Move away the metal items.
The toilet is connected to a smartphone.
Press
(stop) button to terminate Bluetooth connection.
Remote control other than the supplied one is used.
When a remote control other than the supplied one is used, this needs to be registered to the toilet. For the
registration procedures, see the "The remote control is not registered correctly." below.
The remote control is not registered correctly.
Follow the procedures below to register the remote control to the toilet.
1. Detach the remote control from the holder and bring the remote control near to the toilet.
2. Press
(OK) button.
3. Follow the message that appears on the screen.
User is touching the area outside the button detection range.
Touch the desired button again until the GROHE logo on the bottom of the remote control lights up.
User is touching the button, while the other hand/finger is in contact with the button detection
range of other buttons.
Touch the desired button again without touching the area around the button detection
range.
