Cannot pair the smartphone with the toilet
Toilet is already connected with another smartphone.
Press the
(stop) button to terminate the current Bluetooth connection. Then restart the application and
perform pairing again.
Cannot connect the smartphone to the toilet
Metal items are placed near the seat unit.
Move away the metal items.
Other toilet is selected on the application.
Confirm the three beeping sounds when connecting the smartphone to the toilet.
Cannot connect to the toilet, or operate the toilet using the application
Pairing information is not registered to the toilet.
Perform pairing for the following instances; first time using the application, when the smartphone has been
replaced with a new one, using the application on a different toilet.
Smartphone has been replaced with a new one.
Download the application and perform pairing again. Please take note that the data stored using the
previous smartphone cannot be recovered.
The toilet is already connected with another smartphone.
Press the
(stop) button to terminate the current Bluetooth connection. Then restart the application and
perform pairing again.
The toilet seat lid is closed.
Open the toilet seat lid and restart the application.
More than 8 smartphones are paired.
If more than 8 smartphones are paired, a smartphone which has been paired before the latest 8
smartphones, must be paired again.
Bluetooth function of the smartphone is turned off.
Turn on the Bluetooth function of the smartphone.
