Wall mounting
Requirements
Risk of injury from improper mounting!
WARNING
Improper mounting or mounting to an unsuitable
surface can lead to serious damage or injury. If you
are not confident whether your knowledge and skills
suffice, please consult a specialized craftsman who
can guarantee for the system to be securely mounted
to the wall.
Details about wall mounting depend on the respective conditions. Take into account
the following basic notices:
▍ Only mount the system to walls in dry indoor locations. Mounting and operating the
system in damp locations such as bathrooms or saunas is prohibited.
▍ Do not hang up the system overhead, e.g. not on ceilings.
▍ Make sure that the wall is sturdy and able to carry the load. Take into account that
that the wall mount must be able to safely carry four times the weight of the system
(see Specifications, page 60).
▍ Choose a location where the system is neither exposed to excessive heat (e.g.
above a stove top or a radiator), nor to direct sunlight. Enough air must be able to
circulate around the system.
▍ Use the provided screws and anchors exclusively for assembly on walls made
of solid concrete. For other wall types, choose other suitable screws and special
mounting material such as hollow wall anchors, wooden screws or metal anchoring.
Do not use damaged mounting material, do not reuse any mounting material.
▍ The system must always be mounted to a wall and not merely placed on the floor or
on a rack. Otherwise the system may fall over, causing severe damage or injury.

Depending on the visual motif of the fabric covering, you can mount the system in
landscape or in portrait orientation.
You can connect the mains cable to the outside of the frame (1) or to the rear (2) of
the system. Make sure that the power socket is easily accessible from the installation
site without the mains cable being taut. Use only the provided mains cable or a mains
cable from our accessories range. Do not lengthen the mains cable.
In order to connect the mains cable to the rear of the system, you need to choose the
installation site so that the power socket is located inside the clearance (3) inside the
frame. This is also where the mains cable will be stored after mounting the system.
You can place the four provided synthetic pads on the rear of the system. They will
protect your wall or reduce the transmission of vibrations if required.
– If required, place the synthetic pads on the rear of the frame.
– If the system is to be mounted over the power socket, connect the IEC plug of the
mains cable to the socket on the rear of the system and the safety plug to the
power socket. Set the toggle switch next to the socket so that it points toward the
fabric covering.
