AD-9330 encoder can be operated by network management, please refer
the following steps:

Add frequency: add grouping frequency, more equipment can be set up under
one frequency
Add equipment: add the equipment which need to be controlled, set the
equipment name, IP address, port number etc.
We could get and amend parameter after adding equipment, then save it
when accomplishing.
