Fault
The peristaltic pump no longer
reaches full capacity (feed rate)

TAKE CARE
• Beware of splashes from the metering chemical when
removing the metering hose.
Carefully pull out the metering hose from beneath the rollers
Detach the right-hand discharge-side hose connector from its
fitting
Attach the new metering hose with both hose connectors in
both fittings.
GUIDELINE
Ensure that the rounded ends of the hose connectors are pointing
towards the device.
Switch on the motor briefly. The metering hose will then shift
into the correct position beneath the rollers
Place the transparent lid onto the casing and attach it with the
screw.
CAUTION
• The pump must only be operated with the transparent cover
in place.
It ensures that nobody may reach into the motor while it is
running and prevents chemicals leaking in the event that the
hose ruptures.

Cause
The metering hose has lost its
elasticity
Inform your service technician or ProMinent dealer in all other
circumstances.
Remedy
Replace metering hose
(see "Repairs")
