11 Decommissioning and disposal
WARNING
• Disconnect from the power supply and protect against
unauthorised reconnection during decommissioning.
• When decommissioning the device, clean all traces of
chemicals and dirt from the housing and particularly the
pump hose.
• Allow the motor to cool down if recently operated.
• Protect yourself against potentially hazardous chemicals
(safety goggles, protective clothing etc.).
• Depressurise the system.
Disconnect the device from the power supply
Empty the pump hose and rinse thoroughly with a suitable
agent.
If decommissioning for a long period, observe the storage
conditions (see "Technical data").
Disposal must comply with relevant national directives.
