The socket must be freely accessible and be located close the
device, in order to be able to detach the mains cable from the
electricity circuit simply and quickly in an emergency.

Do not bend or squash the mains cable.

Prevent the penetration of moisture or liquid into the camcorder.

Do not touch the camcorder with damp hands.

Never use the camcorder with a damaged mains cable.

Switch the camcorder off immediately in the case of functional
faults.

Do not subject the camcorder to drops of water or spray.

Do not put any containers filled with liquid, such as vases, on the
device or in its immediate environment and protect all parts of the
device against drops of water and spray. The container could tip
over and liquid can impair electrical safety.


Never subject batteries or power packs to excessive heat, such as
that caused by sunshine, fire or similar sources of heat.



