ASSEMBLY AND SETTINGS

DOC X4 should reach you fully assembled, with the exclusion of the PEDALS, which are supplied separately.
The handlebar and frame arrive folded and must thus be correctly positioned and locked in place with the
safety stops.

HANDLEBAR: ASSEMBLY LOCK AND UNLOCK

The handlebar, along with the frame, have a folding steering column to reduce the size of the X4 during
transport.
WARNING: FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS TO LOCK THE HANDLEBAR STEERING COLUMN.
INCORRECT LOCKING COULD CAUSE LOSS OF X4 CONTROL.
The X4 comes with the stem lowered
Close the lock lever (1) pushing upwards
Proceed in reverse order to fold up the X4.
PEDALS
The pedals will arrive disassembled and in a separate plastic bag.
Carefully screw the pedals into the dedicated seat and tighten with the spanner
supplied.
CAUTION: In order to avoid them coming loose during travel, the pedals (of all
bicycles) have the characteristic feature of having the left pedal with opposite
thread. In practice, when you screw them in, you will
need to do so in the opposite direction, as though you
were unscrewing.

Rotate the safety ring (2) to prevent the
fastening lever (1) from accidentally unlocking.
