AUTO ON/OFF
The AUTO ON/OFF feature allows the camera
to turn OFF and ON if connected to your
vehicle's 12V port. NOTE: Some vehicles'
12V ports provide power even after vehicle's
ignition is turned OFF. You will have to
manually turn the camera OFF by pressing
the POWER button. If not, the battery in the
camera will drain and camera will turn OFF.
To adjust the length of time the camera
stays ON after turning off your vehicle, see
MENU settings. You can adjust to shut OFF
after 1, 3, or 5 minutes.
VIDEO, PHOTO or PLAYBACK MODE
Select desired mode by pressing MODE
button:
• VIDEO MODE:
Allows you to
record video.
• PHOTO MODE:
Allows you to take
images when you press the OK button.
• PLAYBACK MODE:
Allows you to
playback media files you have
recorded with camera.

MENU SCREEN
While in CAMERA MODE, PHOTO MODE or
PLAYBACK MODE, pressing the menu button
will allow you to enter the setting of that
mode. This will allow you to make personal
changes to that mode. Pressing the MENU
button twice quickly will allow you to enter
into the settings of the camera.
VIDEO MODE:
Resolution:
Change resolution
of the camera.
Time Stamp:
Toggle ON/OFF time stamp.
Motion Detection:
While powered ON,
the camera will sense motion and
automatically begin recording. You can
disable this feature or change the
sensitivity of the motion sensor.
Loop Recording:
While turned ON, this
feature will allow the camera to never
run out of storage, regardless of storage
card size.
VIDEO MODE (Continued):
Loop Recording (Continued):
The camera
will take short video increments (1, 3 or 5
minutes) and when storage is full, it will
delete the oldest recorded file to make
room for the new one. You can also
disable this feature.
Voice Record:
Turn ON/OFF audio
recording while camera is
recording video.
EV (Exposure Value):
Allows you to adjust
the brightness of the camera. Keep at
+0.0 if you are unsure of optimal setting.
G-Sensor:
While in LOOP mode, this feature
will lock a video file and protect it from
being deleted when the camera is jarred
or senses a sudden shock. This camera
has three sensitivity settings: 2G (high), 4G
(medium) and 8G (low).
G-Sensor (Continued):
Multiple variables
impact when or if the G-Sensor may be
triggered, including but not limited to:
type of car, hard braking, driving surface,
etc. Therefore, it is recommended that
you test various settings to see which one
best suits you.
PHOTO MODE:
Size:
Adjust the file size of the images.
EV-Exposure Value:
Allows you to adjust
the brightness of the camera. Keep at
+0.0 if you are unsure of optimal setting.
