Keyboard lock: Press either 1 or 1B

Caps Lock LED: Also signals when keyboard is in locked mode.

Touchpad lock: Hold down the key for 3 seconds to lock the touchpad.

Repeat the procedure to unlock.
Backlight key: Press to turn backlight on or off. Hold down key to set

to desired light intensity. Set light intensity will be automatically saved.
Note: Only operational on keyboards purchased with the backlight
option. A red or yellow cable label indicates backlight option is installed.
Recalibration keys: Press and hold both buttons for 3 seconds to

recalibrate the touchpad. The two Ctrl key LED's (1) will blink when
recalibration is complete (not visible on black keyboards).
Cleaning Reminder Timer: Used if facility cleaning protocol

requires keyboard blinking (7) at timed intervals. Use to set
keyboard cleaning reminder from 1 hour to up to weekly
intervals. Procedure available on our product page at

Installation:
No software required for installation.
Cleaning Instructions
Lock keyboard: Hold down the lock key (1B) or both Ctrl keys (1) for 3
seconds to lock. The lock indicator signals that the keyboard is locked
(1 and/or 2). Clean keyboard with approved cleaning method and
approved disinfectant or soap and water. To unlock keyboard, repeat
procedure. If the touchpad does not function correctly after cleaning,
you will need to recalibrate it. (5)
Approved cleaning methods
• You can wipe the product with a soft cloth that is non-abrasive like a
microfiber cloth, a wipe, a soft brush similar to a paint brush in
bristle stiffness or a sponge, but not a scourer of any sort.
• You can rinse, spray or immerse the keyboard in soap and water or an
approved disinfectant (except USB connector).
• Can be exposed to Hydrogen Peroxide Vapor (HPV).
Approved disinfectants
• Chlorine based, up to 100,000 ppm (10%) bleach content
• Alcohol based
• Glutaraldehyde based
• Phenol based
• Formaldehyde based, up to 370,000 ppm (37%), formaldehyde content
• Oxidising, such as Hydrogen Peroxide, up to 30,000 ppm (3%) content
• Quaternary Ammonium, up to 20,000 ppm (2%) content
