INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

ATTENTION: the device must only be installed by qualified personnel,
observing the current regulations and the guidelines for video entryphone
installations, which can be found in the Technical System Menu.

The audio/video module is assembled in the specific flush-mounting boxes (1 module
GW 18 131, 2 modules GW 18 132, 3 modules GW 18 133) or surface-mounting boxes (1
module GW 18 141, 2 modules GW 18 142, 3 modules GW 18 143) with specific frames
(1 module GW 18 121, 2 modules GW 18 122, 3 modules GW 18 123). If there are walls
that are irregular or particularly exposed to bad weather, the front door unit should be
installed in surface-mounting boxes with a rain-proof cover.
The upper edge of the box must be positioned approx. 165 cm from the ground.
More detailed information about the possible combinations for the front door units can
be found in the Technical System Manual
To guarantee better lighting of the person in dark conditions, it is recommended to
install an external lighting source.
ATTENTION: The telecamera must not be oriented directly towards the sun
or strong light sources.
