Bone Mass: Indicates the total weight of
bone in your body. The normal ranges for
bone mass are as follows:
Visceral Fat: Indicates the amount of visceral fat in your body. Visceral fat is
found in the abdomen and surrounding vital organs.
Recommended Calorie Intake: This calculates how many calories you should
consume per day based on your data and body composition.
Body Mass Index: Body Mass Index (BMI) is a number calculated from a
person's weight and height. Refer to the following chart for classifications:

Healthy weight
Overweight
Obese
Severely Obese
Morbidly Obese

Do not jump onto the scales as this may damage the measuring instruments

Always use on a hard surface. Measurements will be inaccurate on a soft
surface such as carpet

Try and keep balanced and as steady as possible when standing on the scales

Always remove shoes and socks before using the scale

The body fat measurements are only optimised for people who are aged
between 11-69

These scales are for home use and should not be used as a medical device

To get accurate results, it is recommended to weigh yourself at the same time of
the day as measurements may vary after exercise, dieting or dehydration
