5. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING: Read all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric
shock, fi re and/or serious injury.
1.
Work area:
• Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
• Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of fl ammable liquids,
gases or dust. Power tools create sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
• Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool. Distractions can cause you to lose control
and may result in serious injury.
2.
Electrical safety:
• Before connecting the equipment to the electrical network, check if the tension of the product ma-
tches the local one. Power outlet must be compatible to the equipment's plug. To reduce the risk of shock,
do not change the plug's characteristics and do not use adapters. If required, replace the outlet with a
suitable plug model.
• Do not touch metal surfaces such as pipes, motors, gutters, fences, windows, doors, metal gates, etc, this
increases the risk of electric shock.
• Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.Water entering a power tool will increase the risk of
electric shock.
• Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp
edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
• If the power supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced only by the manufacturer or by an authorized
service center to avoid risk.
• For protection against electric shock, it is recommended to install a residual current circuit breaker. Consult
an electrician to select and install this safety device.
• To avoid accidental starting, ensure the switch is in the off-position before plugging in. Carrying power tools
with your fi nger on the switch or plugging in power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
3.

and masks, non-slip protective gloves, non-skid safety shoes and ear protection. This reduces the risks
against personal injury;
• Remove all adjustment tools before turning your equipment on. A tool or part stuck in moving of the
equipment may cause serious injuries.
• Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or or jewelry that may come into contact with the moving

4.
Power tool use and care:
• Choose the equipment model best suited for its intended use, don't exceed maximum capacity, if necessary,
acquire a more suitable model for your application. This will increase effi ciency and safety in your work.
• Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled
