4 Operation
4.1 Electrical connections
WMS weigh modules have a standard RS232C and RS422 interface for the communication with the
control systems.

Use a stable power supply with no voltage fluctuations.

If voltage fluctuations cannot be prevented, use a voltage regulator to deliver a constant voltage

4.3 Ingress protection
IP rating of the WMS weigh modules:
IP54: when weighing (protected with double-labyrinth).
IP66: when cleaning wash-down (seal activated with 1 bar air pressure).
