The 757B20/757B21 EnergyPack is referred to simply as
product/rechargeable battery below.
These instructions for use provide you with important information on
the use, adaptation and handling of the product.
Instruct the patient in the proper use and care of the product. The
product may not be transferred to the patient without prior instruc­
tion.
Only put the product into use in accordance with the information
contained in the accompanying documents supplied.

2 Product description

2.1 Construction and Function
The rechargeable battery is a power supply system. The battery
receptacle is required for mounting the battery into the prosthetic
socket. The electronic contact will be established automatically by
inserting the battery into the battery receptacle.
2.2 Combination possibilities
The product is to be combined exclusively with components of the
Ottobock MyoBock. Components from the Axon-Bus prosthetic sys­
tem or components from other manufacturers cannot be used with
this product.
3 Intended use
3.1 Indications for use
The product is to be used exclusively as a power supply for upper
limb MyoBock components.
3.2 Area of application
The product is intended exclusively for use in MyoBock compon­
ents.
