Oil Replacement in Exciter Box

1. Place the compactor plate inclinated respected
to plugs B and C and the screw A.
2. Open the plug B and later the plug C and the
screw A.
3. When all the oil has come out, place the machine
in a horizontal position and close the plug B.
4. Fit oil through C until overflow per A, aproximatelly
1,1 liters of oil Fuchs Titan Unic 10W40MC
(SAE10W40).
5. Close the plug A and C.
ATTENTION: the used oil should be picked up
appropriately and delivered to be recycled.

Belt Change or Tightened

1 Remove the belt protections.
2 To loose the 4 nuts pos. A.
3 Move the eccentic pos. B to the lower point.
4 Remove the wasted belt and replace for a
new one of the same size.
5 Move the eccentric pos. B to the higher point
until the belt will be enough tightened.
6 Tight the nuts pos. A.
1.11 Engine´s Maintenance
The engine is an element that requires little maintenance, only it is necessary to have a minimum of
care in the cleaning and therefore it is necessary to clean the air filter every 150 working hours.
If the engine does not start, the causes can be the following ones:
CAUSE
No fuel in tank
Fuel faucet is closed
Defect in the recoil starter
No oil alert
Engine switch in position OFF

SOLUTION
Fill fuel
Open
Repair or replace
Fill oil to the level
Turn to position ON
