Personal Protective Equipment

The PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) that the operator must use during
installation, use, and maintenance are: work clothes, non-slip shoes with steel
toes and gloves.

2 WARRANTY

Testing

The device is sent to the customer after it is tested and inspected by the manufacturer in accordance with current laws.
Warranty
The manufacturer agrees to guarantee the device described in the present manual for a period of 12 months starting
on the date of delivery.
During this period, it agrees to repair or replace parts that are defective or which cause malfunctioning, provided that
the machine is used correctly according to the instructions reported in the use and maintenance manual.
The warranty is completely cancelled if:
- the instructions reported in this manual are not observed
- the specific local regulations in force are not observed
- the device is tampered with by personnel not authorized by TECOMEC
- products are used which are not permitted for the types of treatments
- non-original spare parts are used
- poor maintenance occurs or the control unit is used improperly
- the spare parts replaced under the warranty were not returned to TECOMEC
The warranty excludes:
- parts subject to wear
- routine maintenance (filter/nozzle cleaning, etc.)
- control unit installation and regulation
- special advice and layouts upon request
For examination of the control unit, contact technical assistance.
To return parts for repair or examination, refer to current sales agreements between Tecomec S.r.l. and the tractor's
manufacturer.

Responsibility

TECOMEC is not responsible for operation anomalies or generic breakdowns caused by use not permitted for the device
or by interventions and/or modifications by retailers not authorized by TECOMEC.
