CALIBRATING THE LAMP
Important:
Calibration of the lamp may be carried out by qualified personnel only. If you do not have these qualifications, do not attempt to
adjust a lamp yourself. Consult a qualified professional instead.
A hot discharge lamp is under high pressure and can therefore spontaneously explode. Let the lamp cool for at least 30 minutes
before opening it.
When calibrating the light, use protective glasses and protective gloves and do not operate the spotlight without a head cover.
If the hotspot is not in the centre of the projection of the light beam, it can be calibrated by means of two adjustment screws.
Example:
1
Fully disconnect the spotlight from the mains (pull out the plug)!
Loosen the two bayonet screws on the rear head cover (quarter turn counter clockwise) and remove the cover from the spotlight head.
2
In doing so, take care not to damage the cover's protective earth cable.
Use the two adjustment screws
