WARNING:
Never move grill when hot or during use. Moving the grill
when hot could result in serious personal injury.
STEP 8: DISASSEMBLING AND
TRANSPORTING THE TOURIST
See Figures 12 - 13.
Never disassemble the TOURIST
carrying bag unless the grill is completely cool, the grease
cup is empty, and the LP gas cylinder is removed.
NOTE: Clean the grease cup and firebox after each use.
Do not remove the grease cup until after the grill has
cooled completely. Do not transport the grill with a dirty
grease cup or firebox.
Remove the grease cup, hood, grate and firebox from
the burner/base assembly.
Place burner/base assembly top down on a level surface.
Fold the legs down one leg at a time, folding the rear leg
last.
Attach the retaining clip over the folded rear leg to secure
all legs inside the burner/base assembly.
Invert the heat tent and place it inside the firebox. Place
the grease cup, grate and burner/base assembly into the
firebox in the order shown and cover with the hood.
Place the firebox and hood inside the carrying bag
Raise the straps of the carrying bag over the top of the
hood, allowing the handle to fit through the slots on the
straps.
Securely attach the hook and loop fastener.
Tighten the carrying bag around the hood using the draw
string.
Transport the grill by the handle and lift it into a safe and
comfortable carrying position.
