2. Do not wrap the cable around an object and do not attach the hook to the cable
itself. This could damage the cable.
3. Keep the cable and the winch far from hands, feet, clothing, hair and jewelry.
4. Do not use the winch if the cable is damaged
5. Do not let anyone stand close to the cable. In case of breakage, the cable can
lead to serious injuries or damages. A safe distance is imperative
6. Do not let the winch on if you do not use it.
MAXIMUM TRACTION
1. The maximum pulling force depends on the slope. The steeper the slope, the
lower the force.
WARNING: The advices and warnings in this manual can not prevent all dangerous
situations. The user must be aware of the risks and use the winch with responsibility
and caution.

MOUNTING THE WINCH

1. a) The winch must be fixed to a steel frame using the mounting system with 4
points on a horizontal or vertical surface.
b) It is very important to secure the winch on a smooth, flat surface to ensure a
proper relay of the motor, the drum and the gearbox.
c) Before fixing the cable, make sure that the fixation of the winch is adapted to
the maximum pulling force.
d) The winch may lead to an outbreak of SRS Airbags. Make sure your vehicle is
compatible with the use of winch it it is equipped with airbags.
2. The fastening system is suitable for almost all vehicles.

3. If you want to hack yourself a plate, the dimensions given below will help you.
A steel plate of 6mm is recommended. Fasteners must be of high quality steel
(grade 5 or more)
4. The winch must be fixed using stainless steel screws (3 / 8 "UNC (0.95 cm) x
1-1/4" (3.175 cm) and spring washers
5. The winding window must be fixed to allow a good winding of the cable.
HOW TO USE THE CLUTCH:
The operation of the clutch is depending on the model:
For Model Propullator 2000-A and 3500-A
