Searching forward/backward
During playback, press a Search (m/,) button to search
backward/forward . At the point where you want to listen,
press the Play/Pause (y/J) button .
o During playback, you can also press and hold a Skip
button (.//) on the main unit to search back-
ward/forward . At the point where you want to listen, press
the Play/Pause (y/J) button .

Selecting tracks for playback

During playback or when stopped, press the number
buttons to input the track number and press the ENTER
button to start playback from that track .
Examples:
Track 3: or
Track 15:
Track 107:
o If you press a number button that determines a track
number, it will be set immediately even if you do not
press the ENTER button .
For example, when there are 20 tracks in total, if you press
the 3 button, track number 3 will start playing immedi-
ately . Likewise, if you press the 1 button followed by the 5
button, track number 15 will start playing immediately .
In these cases, pressing the ENTER button when it is not
necessary will have no effect .
